Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette

Love the combination of balsamic maple vinaigrette over grilled asparagus, red pepper and onions or grilled portobello mushrooms, but you can use it with any  salad.

Makes 1/2 cup


2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. minced organic garlic
┬╝ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. water
Pinch of sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper


Add all ingredients in a bullet grinder or equivalent and process for 1 minute
Use immediately or refrigerate.
