Grilled Asparagus With Balsamic Reduction

This is a simple and healthy way to prepare asparagus. The tender asparagus is lightly flavoured with tangy balsamic reduction making this healthy side very tasty

 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. baby asparagus, wash and break off the hard part of asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt and GF freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar reduction
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 F
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange asparagus on the baking sheet wihtout touching. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper Bake for 10 minutes
  • To serve, place asparagus on a a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic reduction
