Diet Friendly
If you’re trying to lose weight, eating healthily and being physically active is the key. In a few cases, though, a low calorie diet could be the right choice for you. We like to use the term ‘diet friendly’ and our goal is to create recipes that are created with fresh ingredients, low in bad fats (saturated fats) and without the added white sugars. Mostly the fats we use are extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil and instead of white sugar we use pure maple syrup or coconut sugar.
