Serves 4




  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups small white mushrooms
  • 2 cups organic small cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups organic sweet peas
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 organic green onions, cut to 1” pieces
  • ½ cup organic fresh basil, torn into small pieces
  • Pinch of sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper

  • In a large saucepan or wok heat olive oil and add all the ingredients except basil, salt and pepper, stir-fry for 3 minutes on medium to high heat
  • Add basil, salt and pepper and stir-fry another minute
  • Ready to serve!
