Skinny Zesty Salmon Salad

This zesty salmon salad is seasoned with lemon and fresh herbs. Lettuce wraps are especially delicious when filled with this delicious salmon salad. Salmon is packed with protein and omega 3’s both of which are important in a well-balanced diet. Total calories per serving about 190. Enjoy!




  • 8 medium size romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 x (8 oz.) canned wild salmon packed in water
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly diced
  • ½ small white onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup packed chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or dill, chopped
  • Juice of one lemon
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Soak lettuce leaves in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain and dry
  • In a medium-size bowl combine salmon, celery, onion, parsley/dill, lemon juice and cayenne pepper and then season with salt and pepper
  • Spoon salmon salad on top of lettuce leaves and enjoy
