Instructions
In a large skillet cook the beef with garlic over medium-high heat and breaking it up into small pieces until no longer pink, about 10 minStir in broccoli, bell pepper, and chili pepper and cook until peppers are softened about 2 minutes. Stirring frequentlyIn a small bowl mix tamari sauce, coconut sugar, arrowroot starch, ginger, sesame oil, fish sauce, black pepper and 1 cup of water. Pour over the beef mixture and simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently
