Gluten Free Cheesy Scones – Easy Recipe

Ingredients
2 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup diced green onion (spring onion)
1 ½ cups (222 g) all-purpose gluten free flour blend
½ cup (68 g) sweet sorghum flour
2 tsp. GF baking powder, preferably aluminum free
1 tsp. GF dried rosemary
1 tsp. pure sea salt
1 ¼ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl combine cheddar cheese and onions
- Add flour, baking powder, rosemary and sea salt and mix well
- Add milk and mix until everything comes together. Do not over mix
- Using a tablespoon, drop batter on a prepared baking sheet. You should have 12 scones
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until scones are golden
