Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Frittata

This Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Frittata recipe tastes like apple pie but without the extra calories, grains or fats.

You will need eggs, milk, apples, cinnamon, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. First, prepare the apples. The apples should be peeled and thinly sliced.

Arrange the apples in a round baking dish. Then, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.

Pour the egg mixture over the apples and bake. Nothing to it, the easiest and healthy breakfast to make!

Once the apple cinnamon frittata slightly cools, cut it into wedges and drizzle with maple syrup or powdered sugar.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole milk, non-dairy milk will also work
  • 2 Tbsp. Pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp. GF ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 large apples, peeled and cored, and thinly sliced

  • Preheat oven to 330 F and generously grease a 9-inch round oven-safe dish with butter
  • In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt
  • Arrange apples in the dish, then pour the egg mixture over top
  • Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until the top is golden brown. The frittata will deflate a little when cooling, this is totally normal
  • Cool in the dish before cutting into wedges. Drizzle with maple syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar
