  • 1. Season beef with garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, garam masala, coriander and salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • 2. In a large pot or dutch oven sear beef in oil over medium-high heat until brown
  • 3. Add dates, bell peppers, lime juice and 1 cup of water. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add a little more water if needed
