Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bagel

When it comes to gluten-free bagels most recipes are complicated and time consuming. For this gluten-free cinnamon raisin bagel recipe, all you need is one bowl and 5 minutes of prep time. I usually make the bagels the night before and toast them in the morning. Kids especially love bagels made with cinnamon and raisins.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free baking flour (must be baking flour and not all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 cup sulfite free raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. Pure sea salt
  • 1 cup plain full-fat thick Greek yogurt
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking pan with parchment paper
  • In a small bowl mix first 6 ingredients
  • Add yogurt and mix together forming a dough
  • Wet your hands and roll dough into 4 balls. Place on prepared baking pan and using your finger poke a hole in the middle of each ball. Spread out the hole about 1-inch in diameter and prinkle with additional coconut sugar if you wish. If you like the bagels to be smooth wet your hands and smooth the top of the bagel
  • Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until dark golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely
  • Note; if you have a donut pan even better, just lightly spray the pan with cooking oil and reduce the cooking time to 20 - 25 minutes
