I am so excited about this 4 Ingredient Keto Strawberry Mousse recipe. The creamy mousse is refreshingly delicious and is low in carbs, making it keto-friendly dessert.

Keto strawberry mousse with only 4 ingredients!

This creamy mousse is made with only 4 ingredients and has about 3.5 net carbs per serving → the net carbs depending on the type of cream cheese you are using. The best part is, this keto dessert takes only 10 minutes to prepare.

How do you make a keto dessert?

To make this a keto-friendly dessert, I used fresh strawberries and erythritol as sweeteners. To make the mousse extra creamy, I added fresh whipping cream. If you are watching your carbs or want to avoid sugar, this keto dessert is for you. What I love about this sweet treat is it takes minutes to prepare. You will need a food processor to whip it up extra creamy.

Ingredients

  • 12 medium-sized strawberries {preferrably organic}, hulled
  • 2 Tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1/2 cup good quality cream cheese ( 8 net carbs)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whip cream)
  • Optional toppings; sliced strawberries, fresh mint, lemon zest, whipped cream, grated low carb dark chocolate,

    Instructions

  • In a food processor add the strawberries and the erythritol and puree
  • Add cream cheese and blend until creamy
  • Add cream and blend until you reach desired consistency, about 2 minutes.
  • Divide strawberry mousse into 6 medium glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
