Gluten Free 4-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
3 ¼ cups gluten free dark chocolate chips (or you can use semi-sweet)
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup roughly chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, coconut milk and vanilla together. Add pecans and stir
- Pour chocolate sauce into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate overnight
- Cut into 1 ½-inch squares
