Gluten-Free Curry Fried Chicken
So who doesn’t love fried chicken? Well in our home everyone loves fried chicken, especially when the chicken has a nice and crispy coating.
Although I called this recipe fried chicken, the chicken is mostly baked cutting back on fat and still keeping the crispy coating.
I decided to do something different in terms of flavour in this chicken recipe. I added curry spices…yes curry and oh boy is the chicken every tasty! The spices add so much flavour, honestly the best fried or baked chicken I have tasted.
Although you must like curry flavour otherwise forget this recipe and skip to our popular southern fried chicken recipe, or our famous gluten-free schnitzels. Serve with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice and maybe a little cayenne pepper. You will love it 🙂
