This maple-glazed butternut squash recipe is quick and simple to prepare.  All you need is 3 ingredients for this healthy delicious squash dish. Add as a side to your favourite main

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size butternut squash
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. GF cracked black pepper
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Peel, cut in half and remove seeds from the squash
  • Slice to about 1/2-inch thick half circles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and generously sprinkle with cracked black pepper
  • Bake for 10 minutes then turn over and bake 5 more minutes
