Roasted Butternut Squash

Butternut squash has a delicious nutty flavour and when roasted with herbs and spices it makes a perfect side to any meal or serve it with your favourite pasta sauce.





  • 1 medium organic butternut squash, peel, remove seeds and cut to aprox. 1 1/2 inch squares
  • 1 tsp. organic GF dried rosemary
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp. organic GF freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. freshly minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 F for 30 minutes or until squash is just tender
  • If you are making this for your children leave out the spices and add cinnamon
