Maple Glazed Butternut Squash

This is a super easy healthy recipe to make and is a great addition to chicken, pork, lamb or beef.

Serves 4


1 medium size butternut squash
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
Organic black coarsely ground pepper


Preheat oven to 400 F
Peel, cut in half and remove seeds from squash
Slice to ¼ inch and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Drizzle with maple syrup and generously sprinkle with cracked black pepper
Bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake 5 more minutes
