The 10-Day Gluten Free Weight Loss Diet


This is not a magic diet, but a combination of food that works turbocharges your body with healthy energy and will help you lose unwanted fat. This is a 10-day healthy detox adventure that will help you lose up to 10 pounds of unwanted fat, help you feel fantastic and look fabulous.

Why this works and is so good for you? The detox triggers the rapid release of cellular waste, toxins, and fat. Once the initial toxins are released which may take up to three days, your body organs will start functioning properly. You will begin feeling and looking years younger and have a surplus of energy.

To prevent the pitfalls like feeling tired, drink lots of water. On cold winter days, a cup of hot water with some organic lemon juice is easier to drink than cold water. On hot summer days water over ice with organic lemon juice with fresh organic mint yum!

If you are addicted to coffee try and decrease your coffee intake gradually and switch to organic green tea, if you can’t give up your coffee make sure it is organic. Organic green jasmine tea is super yummy.

Once you completed the 10 days and wish to loose more weight substitute lunch with any FRESH fruit (no limit) melons, berries and bananas are the best and follow the rest of the menu.

If you are more than 25 lbs. of your ideal weight you may lose up to 10 lbs. or more, if you are 15lbs or less of your ideal weight you may lose up to 7lbs. If you add some exercise, you will lose even more. Please remember you can’t substitute anything since it is the combination of food that works.

If you are eating in restaurants, order steamed veggies, grilled meats and fresh fruit. Ask for a lemon wedge and olive oil and add it to your food – salads do not work on this diet.



Weight-Loss Gluten Free Menu



2 cups of hot water with one tablespoon of fresh organic lemon juice, I teaspoon of pure maple syrup and dash of organic, gluten-free cayenne. This helps to remove toxins from your body that may accumulate while you are sleeping.



8 – 12 oz protein shake (see recipe)

Green organic tea



1 cup of hot slimming broth (see recipe below)



1 cup of hot slimming broth

Unlimited raw, blanched or steamed veggies minimum 2 cups

½ cup organic gluten-free rice or quinoa (see recipe below)

½ cup of organic berries



1 cup hot slimming broth



4 – 6 oz protein (wild fish, lean organic skinless chicken or turkey) cooked with extra virgin olive oil lemon and herbs, always add lots and lots of herbs and or spices. (See recommendations below)

Unlimited steamed, blanched or raw veggies minimum 2 cups

½ cup organic, gluten-free rice or quinoa (see recipe below)

1 cup hot slimming broth



½ cup of berry salad with a sprinkle of cinnamon and one teaspoon of pure maple syrup OR 1 glass of red wine, yes RED WINE!

Do Not Eat After 7:00 PM. Only organic herb tea or slimming broth is allowed



Energy Protein Smoothie

  • 1 scoop gluten free protein powder
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen organic fruit, canned fruit is not allowed!
  • Water or coconut water to desired consistency

Directions: Add to blender or bullet and blend into a smoothie.


Slimming Broth

  • 6 quarts water
  • 1 large organic zucchini
  • 1 organic acorn squash
  • 1 lb. organic carrots
  • 1 large organic onion
  • 1 medium size organic turnip
  • 1 medium size organic rutabaga
  • 1 medium size organic sweet potato
  • 1 bunch organic kale
  • 1 bunch organic parsley
  • 4 organic celery stalks
  • 1 6-inch organic piece of ginger
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 1 organic leek
  • 5 organic garlic cloves

Directions: Wash all the vegetables well, cut into large pieces, do not peel and do not remove seeds. Add all ingredients to 6 quarts of water, bring to boil, cover with a lid, and reduce heat to low simmer and cook for three hours. After the broth is finished cooking discard all vegetables. Now your broth is ready, just add one teaspoon of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice and a pinch of organic, gluten-free cayenne per cup.



  • 1 cup organic, gluten-free rice
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 organic, gluten-free bay leaf
  • 1 cup organic chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

Directions: Soak rice in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes, and then rinse and drain. Add all the ingredients to a medium pot, bring to boil, turn down the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff up with a fork.



  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 ½ cup water or slimming broth
  • 1 cup organic chopped cilantro or parsley
  • ½ tsp. organic gluten-free cumin
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. organic lemon juice

Directions: Add all the ingredients except lemon juice into a medium pot, bring to boil, turn down the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in lemon juice and fluff up with a fork.


Preparing proteins for Dinner

Use wild fish, skinless organic chicken or skinless turkey.

Directions: marinate and then grill or poach in slimming broth with herbs and spices.

For the marinade, use organic lemon or lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, minced ginger or garlic, gluten-free organic apple cider or freshly squeezed organic orange juice. Then add your favourite organic, gluten-free spices such as thyme, mustard powder, cumin, curry powder, rosemary, basil, chili powder, turmeric, or fresh organic herbs, the list is endless. If you need to add some salt use pure sea salt or Himalayan pink salt only.

Marinating and cooking times: Marinating turkey or chicken I recommend 1 hour and for the fish 15 minutes. To cook use same times and temperatures as you would any other turkey, chicken or fish recipe. See our healthy gluten-free recipes
