These crackers are perfect for appetizers, just add your favourite topping, serve with a dip or just as is. I usually make two batches, because once you start eating them it is very hard to stop. Kids especially love these tasty crackers.

Preheat oven to 325 F
With a sharp knife slice gluten-free Christmas cake into ¼ inch pieces or slightly less (see our gluten-free Christmas cake recipe)
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes
Cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container lined with parchment paper
