Using simple ingredients, this delicious gluten-free chocolate pudding is made in no time. This pudding is creamy and packed with yummy chocolate flavour. I love making homemade pudding because I can choose the type of sweetener, thus avoiding refined sugar. Also, there are no added preservatives, colours or oils that you will find in most store-bought puddings. This is a delightful afternoon snack or dessert for kids. I love to serve my pudding with frozen berries or cherries
