I love fall! Pumpkins everywhere, whether you use them for cooking or
carving they are vibrant and refreshing.
When creating a new recipe I go through all my old recipes, and re-create
them using ingredients that are healthier and of course gluten-free.
This recipe has the flavours of classic chili but is on the lighter side.
The mild sweetness of pumpkin balances the exotic chili spices and
