On hot summer days, watermelon smoothie is an excellent breakfast replacement or anytime snack. Watermelon is packed with healthy nutrients and is mostly water, about 92%. I have added protein powder, maca and flax to this recipe for additional health benefits. This smoothie is light and refreshing and will keep you energized for hours. This scrumptious fruit smoothie will promote healthy weight

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 medium strawberries
  • 1 scoop of GF protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground GF flaxseed
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 2 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
