Super Easy Light And Hearty Celery Soup

Serves 6




2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 large organic sweet onions, cut in half and thinly sliced
10 organic stalks of celery, diced
1 tbsp. organic GF dried sage
1/2 tsp. organic GF coarsely ground black pepper
6 cups of GF organic Chicken broth or for vegetarian option use vegetable broth
1 organic carrot, diced
Thinly sliced parmesan or cheddar cheese for topping (optional)


In a large pot add olilve oil and onions, sauté until soft
Add celery, sage, pepper and sauté 3 - 5 more minutes
Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes
Serve with thinly sliced Parmesan or cheddar cheese if you wish
