Roasted Cauliflower Bites With Dip ~ Gluten Free

Appetizer or a snack, these delicious little parcels are coated in a delicately flavoured crunchy topping. You can serve them with or without dip.

Serves 4 – 6


6 cups of organic cauliflower florets
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. organic GF freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp. organic GF ground mustard seed
½ tsp. organic GF dried basil leaves
For the dip ~ Mix ½ cup sour cream or full fat yogurt, 2 tbsp. GF mustard and 2 garlic cloves, minced


Preheat oven to 425 F
Toss cauliflower with oil in a large bowl.
In another bowl mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, mustard and basil, then add cauliflower and toss until well coated. I recommend that you do this in small batches.
Arrange cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not touching.
Bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake 5 - 8 more minutes or until golden. Serve warm with or without dip.
