Parmesan Chips

If you love cheese you will enjoy these tasty Parmesan chips. They are easy to make and you can use them instead of crackers, just add your favourite topping and you will have a delightful appetizer in just minutes.


Use 2 teaspoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese per chip
Freshly ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 375 F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat.
Spoon 2 tsp. of cheese per chip onto a baking sheet and spread cheese to 2-inch diameter 1 inch apart and sprinkle with pepper
Bake 2 – 3 minutes or until slightly golden, and then cool.
