Home Made Raspberry Ice Cream
Prep Time 15 Minutes
This ice cream is deliciously refreshing and creamy at the same time. No need for ice cream maker and no added sugar.
Makes 3 cups
1 cup organic GF full fat Greek vanilla yogurt
1 cup organic whip cream
¼ tsp. pure vanilla
1 tsp. organic freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups organic ripe raspberries (they have to be ripe since this adds sweetness to the ice cream)
Add whip cream into a medium size bow and whip until it forms peaks
Add yogurt, vanilla and raspberries and mix until raspberries are broken down into small pieces, with a spatula stir the ice making sure all ingredients are well combined
Place in a container with an airtight lid and freeze for 6 hours or over night.
If you prefer soft ice cream, remove ice cream from freezer and place in the fridge for 2 hours before serving
Garnish with fresh raspberries
