Home Made Raspberry Ice Cream

This ice cream is deliciously refreshing and creamy at the same time. No need for ice cream maker and no added sugar.

Makes 3 cups


  • 1 cup organic GF full fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup organic whip cream
  • ΒΌ tsp. pure vanilla
  • 1 tsp. organic freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups organic ripe raspberries (they have to be ripe since this adds sweetness to the ice cream)
  • Instructions

  • Add whip cream into a medium size bow and whip until it forms peaks
  • Add yogurt, vanilla and raspberries and mix until raspberries are broken down into small pieces, with a spatula stir the ice making sure all ingredients are well combined
  • Place in a container with an airtight lid and freeze for 6 hours or over night.
  • If you prefer soft ice cream, remove ice cream from freezer and place in the fridge for 2 hours before serving
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries
