Herb Mustard Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette goes well over steamed vegetables including new baby potatoes

Makes 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. organic GF apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. chopped organic fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh organic thyme or ½ tsp. organic GF dried thyme leaves
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. water
  • Sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper
  • Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a bullet grinder or equivalent and process for 1 minute.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate.
