Herb Mustard Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette goes well over steamed vegetables including new baby potatoes

Makes 1/2 cup


1 tbsp. organic GF apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped organic fresh parsley
1 tsp. chopped fresh organic thyme or ½ tsp. organic GF dried thyme leaves
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. water
Sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper


Add all ingredients in a bullet grinder or equivalent and process for 1 minute.
Use immediately or refrigerate.
