Gluten Free Energy Treats

When you are craving something sweet, try these gluten free treats they are amazing!
¾ cup certified GF instant oats (I use Glutenfreeda)
1 ripe banana
1 cup chopped raw cashews or walnuts
1 tsp. pure cocoa powder
½ cup GF pure coconut flakes
¼ cup pure GF semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. strong dark organic coffee or you can use 1 tsp. pure vanilla
In a bowl mash banana and add all the ingredients, combine well
With a spoon drop small amounts of dough approximately the size of a plum on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes
