Gluten Free Energy Treats

When you are craving something sweet, try these gluten free treats they are amazing!

Makes 12

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup certified GF instant oats (I use Glutenfreeda)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup chopped raw cashews or walnuts
  • 1 tsp. pure cocoa powder
  • ½ cup GF pure coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup pure GF semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. strong dark organic coffee or you can use 1 tsp. pure vanilla
  • Instructions

  • In a bowl mash banana and add all the ingredients, combine well
  • With a spoon drop small amounts of dough approximately the size of a plum on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes
