Gluten-Free, Egg-Free Meatballs

These tasty meatballs are light and moist. Combination of many spices in this recipe is what creates such amazing flavour. They can be served as an appetizer or add them to your favourite spaghetti sauce or hearty soup

Ingredients

1 lb. lean grass fed ground beef
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. organic GF ground coriander
1 tsp. organic GF chili powder
1 tsp. organic GF garlic powder
1 tsp. organic GF dry basil leaves
1 tsp. organic GF ground mustard seed
ΒΌ tsp. organic GF freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. GF balsamic vinegar
1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F
Add all the ingredients except ricotta cheese in a food processor and process until all ingredients are combined; then add meat mix into a bowl and stir in ricotta cheese.
With your hands create small balls about the size of a walnut and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes.
Quick tip ~ dip your hands in cold water before making the balls to avoid the meat mix from sticking onto your hands.
