Chocolate Hazelnut Clusters

If you are searching for a little sweetness after dinner, these delightful treats are perfect!



7 oz. gluten free dark chocolate, broken into small pieces (if you prefer more sweetness use semi sweet dark chocolate)
1/2 cup pure hazelnut butter
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
1 cup sulfite free dried currants or cherries


Melt chocolate and hazelnut butter in a heavy saucepan
Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in balance of ingredients until well combined
Once cooled, place chocolate mix onto plastic wrap and form a log approximately two inches thick, firmly wrap the plastic wrap around the log and refrigerate for two hours
Cut approximately to 1-inch pieces and place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve
