Cheesy Baked Crispy Fries

These mouthwatering fries are crispy without frying. Whether you serve it as a snack or add it to your favourite main such as fish, chicken or pork, it will be a favourite for all.

Serves 4 generous portions

Ingredients

3 large russet potatoes peel and cut into large fries
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. fresh organic chopped rosemary
1 tbsp. fresh organic parsley, minced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 F
Place fries into cold water with a pinch of salt and bring to boil, cook for 5 minutes. Drain until dry. Mix olive oil, coconut oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Place partially cooked fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with oil mix on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until nice and golden
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until just melted, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
