Cheesy Baked Crispy Fries

These mouthwatering fries are crispy without frying. Whether you serve it as a snack or add it to your favourite main such as fish, chicken or pork, it will be a favourite for all.

Serves 4 generous portions


  • 3 large russet potatoes peel and cut into large fries
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh organic chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. fresh organic parsley, minced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sea salt and organic GF freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Place fries into cold water with a pinch of salt and bring to boil, cook for 5 minutes. Drain until dry. Mix olive oil, coconut oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place partially cooked fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with oil mix on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until nice and golden
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until just melted, about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
