Turmeric and Glowing Skin

 

FACIAL MASK FOR DRY SKIN

Make a face mask that will infuse your face with moisture by combining 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 drops of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of rose water and 1 egg white. Apply to dry areas and allow to dry thoroughly, and then wash with warm water and pat dry. Following with a light moisturizer

 

REDUCING FINE LINES AND WRINKLES

Turmeric is an excellent exfoliating agent and removes dead skin cells. Just Mix 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder with 1 tablespoon of rice flour, add equal amounts of raw milk and tomato juice and form a paste. Apply to face and neck and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Your skin will look healthier and younger looking

Turmeric and lemon juice facial mask does wonders for your skin. Simply mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of gram flour also known as (chickpea or garbanzo flour). Mix in few drops of lemon juice and then add just enough milk to form a paste. Apply to a clean face and neck and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash the mask off with warm water using a washcloth. Splash your face and neck with cold water and apply a moisturizer

The effects of this peel are amazing, it will remove dead skin and stimulate circulation. Mix 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder with just enough water to form a paste. Apply to neck and face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash off with cold water

To reduce skin pigmentation apply a mixture of turmeric powder and lemon juice on the affected area. Leave on for 30 minutes, and then wash off with water. This should regularly be done for best results
