WHAT IS A GRAIN AND IS IT FOR EVERYONE?

Grains are dry seeds, with or without attached fruit layers. The most common grains are wheat, corn, oats and rice. Grains raise your blood sugar as much as refined sugar, so eating a diet consisting mostly of bread, muffins, pasta and rice leaves you at risk of developing diabetes and obesity same as refined sugar.

Wheat allergy is just that—an allergy; it is the same as allergies to things such as seafood, cats, peanuts, flowers, etc. The symptoms may include a runny nose, wheezing, and sneezing; the most dangerous potential symptom is anaphylaxis, which can be a life-threatening systemic allergic reaction.
