Fennel is rich in vitamin C, potassium, folate and calcium

Red onions contain a high amount of polyphenols, a type of phytonutrient, which includes disease-protecting flavonoids and tannis, they are one of the most polyphenol-packed food you can eat. Polyphenols are the most abundant antioxidants in the diet.

Pears contain a fair amount of vitamins C, K, B2, B3, and B6. Pears also contain minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and manganese.
